Return of the Java

Abstract

“Return of the Java” is a tutorial book about the basic concepts of the Java programming language. The intended readers for this book are those who meet the following points: (1) willing to learn computer programming, (2) absolute beginners in programming, and (3) want to learn Java programming in a very short amount of time. Abien Fred Agarap is currently a BS Computer Science student at Adamson University. As a high school student in Nabuslot National High School (Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro), he enjoyed developing computer programs, and one of which even made it to the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF) 2013 at Phoenix, Arizona, USA. This book was released in a beta stage to accumulate more points from readers as to how the author could improve the explanations of each concepts and examples for the Java programming language. Easy Java

Abstract

The world today is moving at an incredibly fast pace. This is why it is truly necessary that at a very young age, people are already equipped with the sophisticated knowledge to pursue their career path. So, Easy Java was written to motivate young students to pursue Computer Science. It will provide a sneak peek into the world of software development. While this book is dominated by source codes, comments are provided for explanation of the syntaxes of the Java programming language.
